The Windmill Museum contains a small shop which sells maps, books,
souvenirs and comb honey from "Wimbledon-Bees". The books cover subjects such as wind and water mills, local history, the
history of the commons, local pubs, highwaymen and ghosts. Souvenirs
include the usual postcards, pencils, badges, mugs etc. but also cut-out
model windmills, the traditional windmill on a stick, Wombles (local
residents in this area) and even tubs of comb honey produced by bees on
Wimbledon Common. |
