1. Labels will be supplied by the Secretary at the show.  Every exhibit must be labelled, On jars - to leave approx, half an inch between the label and the bottom of the jar.  On cut comb and combs for extraction - at right top corner of the showcase and a duplicate on the frame of combs for extraction.

2. Extracted honey must be exhibited in clear 1 lb squat jars of British Standard pattern with standard lacquered commercial screw tops.

3. Cut combs must be displayed in a container that is clear on the topside. Frames and sections must be shown protected and the comb must be visible on both sides.

4. Honey colour - British Standard grading glasses will be used.

5. Mead must be exhibited in clear untinted glass punted bottles of approximately, 26 fl oz capacity with rounded shoulders. All cork fanged stoppers or smooth cork with white plastic flanges to be used.

6. Exhibitors may make more than one entry in a class but no single exhibit may be shown in more than one class. Joint owners are not allowed to make separate entries.

7. The Committee will take ordinary care of the exhibits but will not be responsible under any circumstances for loss or damage sustained by the exhibitors in anyway.

8. The decision of the Committee on any matter whatsoever in relation to the foregoing rules or on any protest or objection in relation thereto or to any exhibit, shall be final and conclusive.
