4th December, 2006 WBKA Honey Show and Christmas Party
Entries by 7.15pm if possible, please! Judging will start at 7.30pm This
is the opportunity to show you skills at presentation of your honey
produce. For those of us who have hives, honey and wax entries are
a good choice. For members who have no honey this year, there are
still classes open to you. Cakes, biscuits and fudge are the
obvious but classes seventeen and eighteen may ge3t your imagination
going. Everyone is invited to take part. Yes, there is
competition but the best reason for taking part is it's fun! Check
out the schedules and recipes. Contributions to the refreshments
please! The usual rule is for members whose names begin with A-L bring something savoury, and those who are M-Z bring something sweet. All offerings will be gratefully received.
This is our Christmas Party. . . so do come and join in. It's a great opportunity to meet up with friends. We look forward to seeing you and catching up on the events of the year. |
